Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
2. Earning MGM Credits
- Credits are earned on the net room rate (excluding taxes and fees).
- Direct bookings (website, phone, or walk-in) earn 7% credits.
- OTA and published corporate rate bookings earn 5% credits.
- Negotiated corporate rates, staff stays, and complimentary nights are not eligible for credits.
- Credits are awarded within 48 hours after check-out.
3. Redeeming Credits
- Credits can be redeemed for up to 40% of the booking value on eligible days (Monday - Thursday & Sunday).
- Redemptions are not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, festival periods, or special event days.
- Redemption requests are subject to availability and must be made at the time of booking.
4. Credit Validity & Expiry
- MGM Credits are valid for 18 months from the date of earning.
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
5. Transfer Policy
- Members may transfer a minimum of 500 credits at a time.
- Monthly transfer limits: 25,000 credits sent, 50,000 credits received.
- All transfers are free of charge.
6. Refer & Earn Program
- Members can share referral links or codes with friends.
- Both the referrer and the referred member will receive 1000 MGM Credits once the referred member completes their first stay.
- MGM reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral program without prior notice.
7. Program Modifications
- MGM Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MGM Inner Circle program or its benefits at any time without prior notice.
- In case of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms, MGM may cancel membership and forfeit credits.
8. General Conditions
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable except as stated under Credit Transfers.
- By participating, members agree to all program terms and any future updates.
